Q: Can I only purchase the guideline questions, or just the questions from the books?

A: No, sorry we offer the all the questions as a package for the test

Q: Can I share with my friend?

A: No, sorry. Each purchase is intended for a single user. Password sharing will be stricly enforced and could result in loss of priviliedges for the site.

Q: Why should I use your software vs another?

A: Great question! Our team at HFDEO.com have all been where you are. We have all taken multiple promotional exams given by the fire department and are familiar with how the tests are worded and presented. We feel that unique experience gives us an advantage to helping you prepare for your promotional exam.

Q:How long does it take you to finish all the books and write questions?

A: That depends on how many books and guidelines are picked for the test. Generally it takes us about 30 days to complete all the required reading material and write questions. We strive to allow our users to have roughly 2, to  2 1/2 months with all the questions.
